As a designer, my interest is in how to engage and sustain people in action, meaningful action. Drawing from my engineering and performing arts backgrounds, I am continually engaged in a sort of play - a process of doing and undergoing - to learn, experience, feel and understand people, contexts and larger systems and consequently, to co-create new narratives. I believe that design is not clever; it is responding truthfully to the active contemplation of humanity.
